मै0 ए0बी0वी0एल0 इंफ्राटेक (प्रो0-अशोक कुमार सिंह) निवास-760ध्ए महावीर एनक्लेव गणेशपुर पूर्वावली रूडकी जिला हरिद्वार, द्वारा इस कार्यालय में मार्ग कार्यों हेतु श्रेणी ‘ए‘ में पंजीकरण किये जाने हेतु आॅनलाइन आवेदन किया गया है।
1-ठेकेदारध्फर्म द्वारा जो पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन ए0बी0वी0एल0 इफ्राटेक के नाम से किया गया है किन्तु अनुभव प्रमाण पत्रों में (क्रमांक 01 से 04 तक) में फर्मध्ठेकेदार का नाम ए0बी0बी0एल0 इफ्राटेक अंकित है।
2- ठेकेदारध्फर्म के अनुभव प्रमाण पत्रों में (क्रमांक 01 से 04 तक) ईंट खडण्जे से एवं खडण्जा निर्माण से मार्ग निर्माण अंकित किया गया है। महोदय क्या ईंट खडण्जे से एवं खडण्जा निर्माण को मार्ग कार्यों लिया जा सकता है। कृपा उक्त पर दिषा-निर्देष प्रदान करना चाहें।
3- तकनीकी स्टाफ रवि कुमार (डिग्री धारी) का प्रमाण पत्र के स्थान पर अंक पत्र अपलोड किया गया है।
4- हैसिय प्रमाण पत्र दिनांक-07.11.2022 एवं चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र दिनांक-09.11.2022 (जो छः माह हेतु ही वैध है) को भी छः माह पूर्ण होने में केवल एक माह अवशेष है।
5-तकनीकी स्टाफ के वेतन स्लिीप एवं शपथ पत्र अपलोड नही है।
