अवगत कराना है कि पूर्व में मै0 खुशाल सिंह अधिकारी द्वारा मार्ग कार्य श्रेणी ए में पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन किया गया था जिसमें कतिपय आपत्तियों के निराकरण हेतु प्रकरण आन लाइन मै0 खुशाल सिंह अधिकारी को वापस किया गया है।
अब पुनः मै0 खुशाल सिंह अधिकारी द्वारा पार्टनर शिप डीड निबन्धक कार्यालय में दि0 03.03.2022 को पंजीकृत करते हुए फर्म के प्रथम पार्टनर श्री संुदर सिंह अधिकारी एवं द्वितीय पार्टनर श्री शंकर सिंह अधिकारी जो कि 50 प्रतिशत-50 प्रतिशत के पार्टनर हैं। पंजीकरण हेतु आन लाइन आवेदन किया गया है।
1. उक्त फर्म के दोनों पार्टनरों रु 50.00-50.00 लाख की 02 नं0 बैंक सोलवैन्सी ग्रामीण बैंक की प्रस्तुत की गई है। जबकि बैंक सोलवैन्सी फर्म के नाम से रु 10.00 लाख से अधिक की प्रस्तुत की जानी है।
2. उक्त फर्म के दोनों पार्टनर मै0 दलीप सिंह अधिकारी के मार्ग कार्य/सेतु कार्य के पंजीकरण में भी पूर्व से पार्टनर हैं। मार्ग कार्य की वैद्यता दि0 30.06.2023 एवं सेतु कार्य की वैद्यता 30.06.2022 तक है।
3. फर्म का गठन दि0 03.03.2022 को हुआ है जबकि फर्म द्वारा अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र फर्म के गठन से पूर्व के दिये गए हैं। अनुबंध संख्या 140 दि0 11.12.2020 रु 207.90 लाख का अंतिमीकरण किया जाना शेष है।
अतः उपरोक्त आपत्तियों के निराकरण हेतु फर्म को लिखा जा सकता है।
